Khushbu Kumari, wife of GS-196713P PNR Rajeev Kumar Yadav, resident of Nawada Ben, Bhojpur District, Bihar, has declared through an affidavit dated 13.04.2026 (Affidavit No. 17657) that her name was incorrectly recorded as “Khushbu Yadav” in her husband's service records. Her correct name is “Khushbu Kumari”.
