Chhotan Mandal, resident of Barampur, Malda, has declared that his daughter’s correct name is Jyoti Mandal and his wife’s correct name is Lalita Kumari. Their names were incorrectly recorded as Jayoti Mandla and Lalita Mandal in the birth certificate. An affidavit was executed before the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Malda, on 09-06-2026.
