Tapas Kumar Sadhu has declared that his wife's name was incorrectly recorded as Pinky Sadhu in their minor son Aritra Sadhu's birth certificate and ICSE educational documents. Her correct name is Nupur Sadhu. The declaration was made through Affidavit No. 18435/26 before the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate at Asansol District Court on 14 July 2026.
