Pramita Chatterjee has declared that her late husband's name has been changed from Amitaya Chatterjee to Amitava Chatterjee. Both names refer to the same individual as per Affidavit No. 326 executed before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barrackpore Court on 1 July 2026.
