Dal Chand Meena, son of Late Shri Ram Singh Meena and resident of Sector-15, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, has declared that the names Dal Chand, DC Meena, and Dal Chand Meena refer to one and the same person. He shall henceforth be known as Dal Chand Meena for all official and future purposes.
