Sujata Pradhan, wife of Lalit Pradhan, resident of Upper Dudhiya Damphaytar Busty, Jamadar Bhita Khasmahal, P.O. Jamdar Vitta, P.S. Kurseong, has changed her name from Sujata Pradhan to Sujata Gyaba Tamang. She will henceforth be known as Sujata Gyaba Tamang for all purposes. The declaration was made vide Affidavit No. BLN/449/26 sworn before the Notary Public at Kurseong on 05.08.2026. Both names refer to the same and identical person.
