📝 Name Change Notice – Kumari Dipa Naik – Karanjia, Mayurbhanj, Odisha By virtue of an Affidavit No. 2755, dated 29.07.2026, sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Karanjia, Sarathi Naik, wife of Lulu Naik, resident of Village/P.O. Kuliposi, P.S. Karanjia, District Mayurbhanj, Odisha, has declared that she has changed her daughter's name from Kumar Dipak Naik to Kumari Dipa Naik. Henceforth, her daughter shall be known as Kumari Dipa Naik for all future purposes.
