Mr. Gulshan Kumar, son of Vinay Singh and resident of Farid Puri, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, has officially changed his name to Gulshan. From this date forward, he shall be known by his new name for all legal, official, banking, educational, government, and personal purposes.
