Medagalpu Ravi Babu, son of Medagalpu Nageswara Rao, resident of 9-70, Kothapeta, Dirusumarru, Bhimavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh – 534239, has officially changed his name from Medaggalpu Ravi Babu to Medagalpu Ravi Babu. Henceforth, all records and correspondence shall bear his new name.
