Kanchan Gurung Pradhan, wife of Pranit Pradhan, resident of Upper Dudhiya Damphaytar Busty, Jamadar Bhita Khasmahal, P.O. Jamdar Vitta, P.S. Kurseong, has changed her name from Kanchan Gurung Pradhan to Kanchan Gurung. She will henceforth be known as Kanchan Gurung for all purposes. The declaration was made vide Affidavit No. BLN/448/26 sworn before the Notary Public at Kurseong on 05.08.2026. Both names refer to the same and identical person.
