MosChip Technologies Limited has informed its shareholders that, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/C3/2026-MIRSD-POD1/3763/2026 dated January 30, 2026, a special window has been reopened for re-lodgement of transfer requests relating to equity shares held in physical mode. The facility is available only for physical transfer deeds that were originally executed prior to April 1, 2019. Eligible shareholders may re-lodge their transfer requests during the special window period from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027. Shareholders who meet the eligibility criteria are advised to submit the required documents to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Limited, Unit: MosChip Technologies Limited, Selenium Building, Tower-B, Plot Nos. 31 & 32, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Telangana – 500032.
