Mercantile Ventures Limited has announced a special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares. As per SEBI circular guidelines, shareholders whose transfer requests were lodged before 01 April 2019 and were either rejected, returned, or left unprocessed due to documentation deficiencies are eligible to re-submit their requests. The re-lodgement window is open from 05 February 2026 to 04 February 2027. All eligible transfers will be processed in dematerialised form and will remain locked-in for one year from the date of registration. Shareholders are advised to contact the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent or the company’s investor relations email for assistance.
