This document is an extract of the consolidated financial results for Mahindra Logistics Limited for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.Total income from operations for the quarter was ₹2,002.88 crore, compared to ₹1,624.59 crore in the same quarter last year.Net profit for the period after tax was ₹27.88 crore, up from a loss of ₹(9.40) crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2025.The results have been reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors as of July 20, 2026.
