Punjab National Bank (CO-SAM Department, Vijayawada) has issued a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act to borrower Sri Venkateswarlu Tallapaka and family for an outstanding loan dues recovery of Rs. 6,74,340.50; the notice directs the parties to clear the total default balance within 60 days from June 17, 2026, failing which the bank will initiate legal possession actions against their mortgaged residential house property situated at Achari Street in Nellore Town.
