The Library Cell, Department of Secondary Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, invites publishers and writers to submit books/proposals for selection under various schemes of the Raja Ram Mohun Roy Library Foundation, Kolkata, and the Uttar Pradesh Government for the development of public libraries. Books are invited in Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit, and English languages covering subjects such as Art & Literature, Social Science, Religion and Philosophy, General and Reference, Popular Science, Children’s Literature (including neo-literates), and books/e-books useful for competitive examinations. Interested publishers are requested to submit their books for consideration at 38-Darbari Lal Sharma Bhawan, Secretariat Building, Lucknow. The last date for submission is 31 July 2026.
