Smt. Lakhi Das (Singh), wife of Bira Singh, resident of Volka Charaimahal, Alipurduar, has declared that she was previously identified as “Lakhi Singh, daughter of Durgacharan Das.” Through Affidavit No. 18845, sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Alipurduar, on 28/07/2026, she established her identity as Smt. Lakhi Das (Singh). Both names refer to the same person.
