Info Edge (India) Limited has issued a notice regarding the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders whose dividends have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more are advised to claim their unpaid dividends before the due date to avoid transfer of their shares to the IEPF Authority. Eligible shareholders may also apply for a refund from the IEPF Authority as per the prescribed procedure.
