Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has proposed a draft variation under Section 15(3) of the HMDA Act, 2008, to change the land use of land in Sy. Nos. 502/Part and 503/Part at Bowrampet Village, Dundigal-Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. The total site extent is 6,128.91 sq. mtrs., including 503.89 sq. mtrs. road-affected area, with a net site area of 5,625.02 sq. mtrs. The land is presently designated as Conservation Use Zone and is proposed to be changed to Residential Use Zone. Objections and suggestions may be submitted in writing to the Metropolitan Commissioner, HMDA, or the Principal Secretary, MA&UD Department, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad, within 15 days from publication of the notice.
