The project is registered with HARERA Gurugram under Registration No. 99 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024, with addendum dated 21.01.2026, and the registration is valid up to 31.12.2031. The promoter has submitted a request for changing the existing project bank accounts from ICICI Bank Limited to HDFC Bank Limited. The request is currently under consideration by the Authority.
