HARERA Gurugram has issued a public notice regarding the application for extension of registration of the real estate project “Astaire Garden” located in Sector 70A, Gurugram, being developed by M/s BPTP Limited (formerly M/s Countrywide Promoters Pvt. Ltd., now amalgamated with BPTP Limited). The promoter has submitted an application dated 04.06.2026 under Section 6 of the RERA Act, 2016 seeking extension of the project registration, which is currently valid up to 31.08.2026. The project is registered under RC No. 55 of 2021 and covers an area of 97.98125 acres for a residential plotted colony including floors and villas. The Department of Town & Country Planning, Haryana had originally granted licenses for the development of the project, and the amalgamation of the promoter entities has been duly recognized by the competent authorities and the NCLT order dated 20.09.2024. The Authority is considering the request for extension and invites objections from allottees and concerned persons. The relevant documents are available for inspection at the office of HARERA Gurugram during working hours. Objections, if any, may be submitted up to 26.06.2026, and interested persons may also appear for hearing on 30.06.2026 at 11:00 AM before the Authority.
