The company has also informed shareholders that the Board has recommended a dividend of ₹19 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval at the AGM. The record date for determining dividend eligibility is July 10, 2026. If approved, dividend payments will be made on or after July 28, 2026, after applicable tax deductions.
