Ramkrishna Forgings Limited reported a consolidated total income of ₹1,216.67 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.The net profit for the period (after exceptional items and tax) was ₹46.88 crores for the same quarter.Basic earnings per equity share for this period was ₹2.58.These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on July 24, 2026.
