The Reserve Bank of India Reserve Bank of India, Department of Regulation, New Delhi, has issued an extension of regulatory directions imposed on Innovative Co-operative Urban Bank Limited, New Delhi under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The earlier directive, initially issued on July 03, 2025, and last extended up to July 04, 2026, has now been further extended in the public interest for a period of three months, i.e., from close of business on July 04, 2026, to close of business on October 04, 2026, subject to review. All existing terms and conditions of the directive remain unchanged. The extension has been issued by the Regional Director, New Delhi on July 03, 2026.
