The Office of the Recovery Officer-VI, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT-I), New Delhi, has issued a property sale proclamation notice in Recovery Certificate No. 302/2017 in the matter of Punjab & Sind Bank versus Mrs. Radhika Gopal and others. The notice pertains to the recovery of outstanding dues awarded by the Presiding Officer of DRT-I, Delhi, under O.A. No. 332/2015. The borrowers, including Mrs. Radhika Gopal, Mr. Krishna Gopal, and Mr. Tej Raj, were directed to pay ₹2,78,60,230 along with pendente lite and future interest at 11% per annum from 02.01.2015 until realization, along with litigation costs of ₹30,000. As the dues remain unpaid, the Recovery Officer has ordered the sale of the attached immovable property. The property under sale is the entire Ground Floor (without roof rights) bearing Property No. 248, Khasra No. 739/215/1, Khata Khatoni No. 44, situated at Sarai Pipal Thala, Delhi-110033. Interested parties or persons having any claim, charge, or liability concerning the property are requested to submit the same before the Recovery Officer. The proclamation notice has been issued in accordance with the provisions of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 read with the Second Schedule of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
