The Recovery Officer of DRT Delhi (DRT 2) has issued a demand notice (RC/121/2024) in case TA/57/2023 for Punjab National Bank against Futureworld Greenhomes Pvt. Ltd. to recover Rs 39,67,755 with 9.35% simple interest, ordering an asset affidavit submission and appearance on 19-08-2026.
