This is a public notice issued by SMFG India Credit Company Limited under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. The Authorized Officer of SMFG India Credit Company Limited has issued demand notices under Section 13(2) of the Act calling upon the borrowers to repay the outstanding dues within 60 days from the date of receipt of notice. As the borrowers have allegedly avoided service of notice, publication is being made through public notification. Borrowers: Mohammad Shuhaib Ujala D/o Irshad Ahmad Total outstanding amount: ₹74,13,999/- (Rupees Seventy-Four Lakh Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Only) as on 03-06-2026. Details of secured immovable properties mortgaged include residential and commercial properties situated at Jwalapur, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, including land with constructed house and a double-storied shop property. The borrowers are hereby directed to clear the dues within the stipulated period along with applicable interest, charges, and expenses. Failure to comply may result in action under Section 13(4) of the Act, including possession, attachment, sealing, and sale of the secured assets. The borrower is further informed that non-payment may also lead to recovery proceedings for any remaining balance after sale of the mortgaged property, and restrictions under Section 13(13) of the Act apply regarding transfer or disposal of secured assets without prior consent of the secured creditor.
