Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank (Erstwhile Aryavart Bank), Regional Office, Hathras A demand notice has been issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. The notice was sent to the borrower, mortgagors, and guarantors through registered post; however, it has been returned undelivered by the postal department. Therefore, the notice is being published in newspapers as per legal requirement. The borrower, mortgagors, and guarantors are hereby called upon to repay the outstanding dues within 60 days from the date of publication of this notice, along with applicable interest, costs, and incidental expenses. They are further informed that failure to repay the dues within the stipulated period will result in the bank initiating action under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act and other applicable provisions, including enforcement of secured assets. It is also notified that the borrower/guarantors are restrained from transferring, selling, leasing, or otherwise dealing with the secured assets without prior written consent of the bank, as per Section 13(13) of the Act. The right to redeem the secured asset under Section 13(8) remains available within the prescribed period.
