The bank demands outstanding dues of ₹43,22,496 and ₹5,58,432 plus interest within 60 days. Mortgaged assets include two commercial shop units in Busyland Complex, Amravati, and hypothecated clothing stock. Legal actions will proceed if the borrowers fail to repay the debt.
