Canara Bank (Soorsadan, Agra Branch) has issued a public demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 to M/s Radhika Bio Technologies Private Limited, alongside directors and guarantors Shri Vipin Sharma and Smt. Kavita Sharma. The borrowers failed to clear outstanding dues amounting to ₹1,19,97,409.34 (plus interest and expenses) secured against a residential building property at Mauja Jaganpur Mustakil, Agra. The bank calls upon the borrowers to discharge the full liability within 60 days from the publication date, failing which the bank will exercise its legal enforcement rights over the mortgaged asset.
