Delhi Fire Service has issued a public notice informing owners and occupiers of specified categories of buildings to obtain or renew their Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2007 and Delhi Fire Service Rules, 2010. The requirement applies to eligible residential, hotel, guest house, educational, institutional, assembly, business, mercantile, industrial, storage, hazardous buildings, and certain underground structures as prescribed under the rules. Building owners/occupiers who have not yet obtained a Fire Safety Certificate are requested to submit their applications along with the required documents.
