DDA Land Sales Branch (Residential) has announced that a draw of plots will be conducted for eligible applicants whose names have been recommended and verified by the Land & Building Department for allotment of alternative residential plots measuring 40 sq. yds. A seniority list of all eligible recommendees has been prepared and is available on the official DDA website. Applicants are advised to check their names in the list. If any name is missing, the concerned individuals must submit their original recommendation letter along with all supporting documents within 15 days of the publication of this notice to ensure updation of the seniority list. Recommendees are also requested to provide their email ID and current address for future communication. It is further informed that while a limited number of plots of exact 40 sq. yds. are available, some plots may be slightly larger in size. The excess area will be charged at the prevailing average auction rates of Narela. Any objections regarding the allotment terms may also be submitted by the concerned recommendees within the stipulated time.
