The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has issued a public notice regarding MIG Flat No. C-50/X-1, Ground Floor, Block-C, Dilshad Garden, New Delhi. The flat was originally allotted to Santosh Kumar Chauhan, and after his demise, it was mutated in favor of Kanak Chauhan. As per DDA records, Kanak Chauhan has also passed away without leaving any legal heir. Consequently, the allotment is liable to be cancelled, and the possession of the flat may be resumed by DDA. Any person claiming any right, title, or interest in the property is requested to submit objections along with valid legal documents within 15 days from the publication of the notice.
