Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. has issued a combined demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act to multiple default borrowers across its Bareilly and Shahjahanpur branches, demanding settlements for claims ranging from ₹4.11 Lakhs to ₹9.18 Lakhs within 60 days.
