Cochin Minerals and Rutile Limited has issued a Postal Ballot Notice to its members seeking approval through remote e-voting for key corporate decisions, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable SEBI regulations. Shareholders are informed that the electronic copy of the Postal Ballot Notice along with the explanatory statement has been sent to eligible members whose names were recorded as on the cut-off date of 5 June 2026. The voting will be conducted only through remote e-voting facilities provided by CDSL. The voting period will commence on 11 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. IST and close on 10 July 2026 at 5:00 p.m. IST. The notice seeks approval for the appointment of a Nominee Director and continuation of a Non-Executive Director beyond the age of 75 years. Members who have not registered their email IDs are requested to update their details with their Depository Participant or Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for receiving future communications. The results of the postal ballot will be declared after scrutiny by the appointed scrutinizer and will be communicated to the stock exchange and published on the company’s website.
