Havildar Gopal Singh, son of Sohan Singh and resident of Raghav Vihar, Phase-01, Block-C, Prem Nagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand-248007, has officially changed his son's name from Mannat Singh to Mannat Negi through an affidavit dated 25 July 2026 before the Collectorate Court, Lucknow.
