Havildar Gopal Singh, son of Sohan Singh and resident of Raghav Vihar, Phase-01, Block-C, Prem Nagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand-248007, has officially changed his daughter's name from Kumari Manya to Manya Negi through an affidavit dated 25 July 2026 before the Collectorate Court, Lucknow.
