Mrs. Suman Devi Yadav, mother of Praveen Kumar Yadav and resident of A-10/8, 23 Acre Residential Complex, New Delhi-110010, has officially changed her name from Suman Devi Yadav to Suman Devi through an affidavit executed on 31 July 2026 before the Government of NCT of Delhi. From the date of this declaration onwards, she shall be known and identified as Suman Devi for all legal, personal, financial, banking, educational, employment, property, and official purposes. All government departments, public and private institutions, banks, insurance companies, educational authorities, and other concerned organizations are requested to update their records accordingly. Any document issued in the old name and the new name shall be treated as belonging to the same individual. Location: New Delhi
