Sirisha, daughter of Ritesh Kumar Gupta, residing at Opera A Block, Flat No. 105, Seva Mandal Society, DPS Mahendra Hills, East Maredpally, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, has officially changed her name to Sirisha Gupta for all purposes.
