Raunak Raj, son of Anil Kumar Rai, resident of Vill./Qtr. No. I1/65, CPT Haldia Township, Haldia, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, has declared through an affidavit before the Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), Haldia, dated 28-07-2025, that the names "Raunak Raj" and "Rauak Raj" refer to the same individual. The correction has been made in relation to the name recorded in his Aadhaar Card.
