Puran Chettri, resident of Mineral Spring Suban Dhura, Darjeeling, has declared that he has changed his name from Puran Rai to Puran Chettri and will henceforth be known as Puran Chettri for all purposes. Both names refer to the same and identical person. Affidavit No. 8945 dated 07-07-2026.
