Prushothaman Raj Kumar, son of Govindaraju Prushotham and resident of Balaji Nagar, Naidupeta, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, has declared changes to his own name as well as his father’s and mother’s names. His new name is Purushothaman Raj Kumar, and he will henceforth be known by this name.
