I, Molay Roy, S/o Manoj Kumar Roy, residing at Adityam Apartment, Krishnanagar Road, P.O. & P.S. Barasat, District North 24 Parganas, Kolkata – 700124, declare by virtue of an affidavit No. 10581 sworn before the Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class at Barasat on 04.08.2026 that Molay Roy and Malay Roy refer to one and the same person. Henceforth, I shall be known as Molay Roy for all official and future purposes.
