Mr. Mohd Shakir Ansari, son of Tahir Hussain and resident of 1/11414-C, Gali No. 10, Subhash Park Extension, Shahdara, North East Delhi-110032, has officially changed his name to Shakir Husain through an affidavit dated 27 July 2026 executed in Delhi. Henceforth, the revised name shall be used for all legal, educational, employment, banking, financial, insurance, property, government, and personal purposes.
