I, Payel Nandi Das, wife of Late Subhashis Das, resident of 148/4, Second Floor, Ashtamita, Swinhoe Lane, P.O. & P.S. Kasba, District South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, hereby declare that my son’s original name is Arko Das. However, his name has been wrongly recorded as Arkaprabha Das in Aadhaar Card No. 8087 2936 1246. It is hereby confirmed that Arko Das and Arkaprabha Das are one and the same person. Vide Affidavit No. 08AC 991405 dated 17/06/2026 before the Ld. Judicial Magistrate, Alipore.
