Jaiprakash Sharma, resident of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh - 250501, has officially changed his name to Jaiprakash through an affidavit dated 29 July 2026 executed before the appropriate authority in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The name Jaiprakash shall henceforth be used for all legal, official, and future purposes.
