Duvvuru Spandana, resident of D.No. 24-2-7-161/1, Road No. 9, Magunta Layout, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, has changed her name to Duvvuru Spandana Reddy. Henceforth, she shall be known by the new name.
