Anurag Gupta, son of Om Prakash Gupta, resident of TF-2, 602, Sector-3, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, UP-201012, has changed his name from Anurag to Anurag Gupta. Both names refer to the same person and will be used accordingly for all future purposes, including passport and government documents.
