Anita, spouse of Service No. JC-734907M, Rank Subedar Mithilesh Kumar Singh, presently residing at Unit AOC Records, C/o 56 APO, Secunderabad, has officially changed her name from Anita to Anita Devi through an affidavit. Henceforth, she shall be known as Anita Devi for all legal and official records.
