Sarojini Sahoo, aged about 63 years, W/o Janardan Sahoo, resident of Ghoradia, PO Dabardhuapatna, Bolgarh, Khordha – 752066, has declared through an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Khordha, Affidavit No. 1652 dated 14.07.2026, that her correct name is Sarojini Sahoo and not Sarogen Sahoo. She has also declared her date of birth as 01.01.1962 instead of 1962-63. She will henceforth be known as Sarojini Sahoo for all purposes.
