Hav. Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, No. 14654806F, R/o Deoria District, Uttar Pradesh, has declared that his mother's name has been changed from “Lalpari Dwivedi” to “Lalpari Dubey”. The change was made vide Affidavit No. 995039 dated 07.08.2026 before the Medchal-Malkajgiri Court, Telangana.
